McCords was about the 3rd dealership I went to on my list. I was looking for a specific car. My experience with McCords and the sales rep Skyler was awesome, and friendly, I didn't get that sleezy sales person feeling while there at all. Nice waiting area, even a play area while we do paperwork, etc for my kids. Great coffee! Worked with me on the price of the car, I was able to negotiate without getting told "we won't make enough profit". I'm pretty sure dick Hannah dealer wouldn't go down on price because I wouldn't buy the extra crap they try to make people buy. Dick Hannah also compared car shopping to Walmart groceries, because I wanted $1,000 off the asking price, when the car was overly priced and pretty scratched up. don't go to dick Hannah they only care about ripping people off and making bank. go to McCords where you know you can get friendly service, enjoy some good coffee and negotiate the price of the car that you want. I got a year newer than the car at dick Hannah with 10,000 miles less, with navigation for just $200 more than the car at dick Hannah Honda and the car is in better condition. truly a great experience at McCords. More

AC service bad I took my Prius in for AC service, they said it needed new condenser, replaced it , no ac still. Took it to another shop, they said it was compress I took my Prius in for AC service, they said it needed new condenser, replaced it , no ac still. Took it to another shop, they said it was compressor all along, replaced it, freezing cold now. Paid over $800 for unneeded condenser!! More

I had a favorable experience two years ago co-signing for one of my son's Tundra purchase. No trucks that evening that said "take me home". Jim Wheeler introduced himself, spoke a bit and he gave me my "space" to look over several Camrays in the lot.Evening time, approaching closing and we made a tentative agreement to meet the following day. Now, the following day I called him to verify when he was available, set the time. Drove the vehicle around the neighborhood to make sure no squeaks or rattles. Last, down to main office to hear the offer. Offer was mid range of blue book. I would have liked lower still, Jim would have like higher still, (lol) but was acceptable. I'm house finance at 1.9 was about half of my credit union. Deal was done and I was out the door about ninety minutes later. This is my two year car till back for my "I want brand new Tundra" or maybe Highlander. Third vehicle my family has bought from this dealership. Pleased with the process, almost too easy. P.S. We came back multiple times over several months to test drive and gather information. I bought a Prius in 2011 and didn't hesitate to come back when it was time to buy a new car (which ended up being a Corolla) just a few weeks ago. Bonus: they are affiliated with Costco's car buying service for no-haggle, reduced prices. I will definitely come back when it is time. I am also really happy with their service department. One more word about Toyotas: my teenager totaled my old Prius and walked away with a small headache. That's why Toyota was the first brand I considered--and I never did find anything better. More
