Battery recall service on the Chevy Bolt. The process was fairly smooth. Could have been a tad better for folks renting cars for the 2 days. Can't have 7-7:30AM service appointments married with Enterprise Car Rentals which doesn't open until 8AM (and didn't actually have a car, in this case, until 2PM or so). Need to reserve a car well in advance, perhaps DAYS (not just hours) before, due to the current rental-car availability insanity. The actual EV Tech guy(s) are ripping it up though, seamlessly dropping 1000 pound packs, doing coolant and firmware in something like 4 hours flat--they're not getting paid ENOUGH. More

Complete communication and planning needs to happen more at this dealership. Kelsea is very helpful and friendly in service. Unfortunately this is rare to find in a disorganized and selfish world we currently live in. I was called 2 two different times to bring my car in minutes after checking my car into service. My battery was replaced a day late because there was not enough trained technicians when one is absent. The other items on my list weren't repaired even though the paperwork says it was. More
Kelsea is always friendly and courteous. We took our Chevy in for a new timing belt and windshield wiper blades. They also noticed the car had a funny noise and needed a new alternator. Our Chevy is now running much quieter than it has in a long time. I asked for a ride from my home to pick up our car when it was done and David came to help me out. I knew a dealership for service and repairs would be more expensive than a smaller shop but had some issues I felt would be better for a dealership. I was going on vacation and left van for 2 weeks. I touched base with them after a week and no one knew anything. I called back the fallowing week and was told person I was dealing with was with another customer and they would call back. I waited 4 hours and I called back and was told that same person was not in today, “she called in sick”. What lie is it? Got some basic service done and had a broken door handle. The part is $65 and they wanted $230 for labor to put it on. I’m not a mechanic and it took me less than 1/2 hour to put part on. Also had a wire loose and they wanted $390 to repair. Took to another shop and it took 60 minutes to locate and repair and charged me $125. Was not at all impressed with the communication at this shop. More

Appt was at 10 am. Told them we needed the car by 2 for a 2:30 appt we had to be at. At 2:05 - no call. We had to call. Parents had to pick up the car. No explanation for what was found during overall check. Noticed a comment about oil leak and a comment about brake fluid - again nothing said o discussed at time of pickup.. had to ask - overall not impressed with this visit. Will most likely go elsewhere for next oil change. More
