After waiting over three weeks to try and schedule a repair on my 2004 Z06 and being told by the manager they'd look for an out of stock part for my car I got tired of playing phone tag and wondering if repair on my 2004 Z06 and being told by the manager they'd look for an out of stock part for my car I got tired of playing phone tag and wondering if I missed return calls (I didn't get) and spoke directly to the young lady in the service department where I learned my part had not been ordered and I was in limbo but as I had offered last week, if I get the part they will install it. Within 10 minutes of my arrival home I ordered the part. All the staff were nice but my impression was they were "swamped" and I got lost in the shuffle. This is very disappointing to me as if they weren't going to order the part just tell me and I'll go some place else instead of wasting my time and money. I just hope that once I get the part I can get it installed as I can't drive my Corvette without it. More

It seems that this dealership is struggling with personal. They are always short handed lately and taking to long to get either an oil change scheduled or some repairs done. Last time I got an oil change done, which it took like 30 minutes, which was kind of fast for an average day, I was told on another place that the oil was very dirty and sluggish after only 2000 miles. I doubt it that actually was change. More

Aside from forgetting to put the lug nuts back on my front tire, causing the tire to fall off as was pulling out of the shop, everything else was great.
