My experience at the service department was not the best. Dropped car off Tuesday night 12/13/22 for an appointment at 9 a.m. on Wednesday 12/14/22. I was told I would receive a call around 3 p.m. on Wednesday with an update, no call. I called around 4 to get information, I was told there were others ahead of me and that my car got started around 1 p.m. (9 a.m. appt.). I understand "things happen" but to not get a call with an update, even to tell me they started late is frustrating. Good thing I didn't need the car back until Thursday evening, because I had to call Thursday afternoon around 3 to get an update, still no call from Dealer. Bottom line, very poor communication. More
People are nice, but I don't feel like it is very transparent. May not be their fault it may be GM. Very Friendly and accommodating staff. The system they have set up makes it really easy to schedule a convenient time to drop off your vehicle. I was in and out of there in less than five minutes for the drop off and the pick up. The Estimated time they need my car was 5 days but they finished everything in 3 days. More

I had a factory issue with my sunroof leaking which led to very extensive damages and repair efforts. Even though my Equinox was out of warranty Kelsea and the McLoughlin Chevy team worked with GM to rep to very extensive damages and repair efforts. Even though my Equinox was out of warranty Kelsea and the McLoughlin Chevy team worked with GM to repair my vehicle at no cost to me. I've never had this level of service from anyone before. I will continue to purchase and to have my vehicles maintained at McLoughlin Chevy! 5 Stars + More

2022 Z71 went in for a heated seats update (missing parts when bought). Service team very proactive in communications. Kelsea is great. Tech was also great, found a nail in a tire and fixed it.
