I had my 2017 Silverado in for Fuel Injector issues in September and my 2013 Equinox in for a check engine light in October. Both times Ricky Vasquez in the service department found warranties and recalls September and my 2013 Equinox in for a check engine light in October. Both times Ricky Vasquez in the service department found warranties and recalls that I was unaware of and fixed the 2017 Silverado for a minimal cost and fixed the 2013 Equinox.at no cost to me. Both of these could have been hundreds if not thousands of dollars to fix but Ricky did very well by me and I really appreciate by me and will be utilizing Mcloughlin Chevrolet on future serice and repairs. More

Service sucks. Truck wasn’t ready when i showed up. Waited 2hrs for them to complete the warranty work. Will never return to dealership as we now have more issues with our vehicle than we did prior to bringing it in.
