Drove from out of town to purchase a truck under the impression of a price I would be purchasing the vehicle for, however when arriving the price discussed was not an option without a full price extende impression of a price I would be purchasing the vehicle for, however when arriving the price discussed was not an option without a full price extended warranty, I assumed something like that would happen so still ended up purchasing it with a little flex in price. I accepted that so be it. I asked about the condition of the truck and was told it was in excellent condition prior to my 5.5 hr drive. It was raining and getting dark when I did my walk around the vehicle and did not notice a 10 inch crack in the windshield along the lower section of the passenger side until I stopped for gas after leaving the dealership after 10pm. I called the sales person the next day and left a voicemail. I did not get a call back so I followed up a few more times. Once I was able to discuss the issue and sent pics I still did not get a follow up call in regards to the issue. I assumed I would get a call stating sorry sold as is and I would move on with my day but unfortunately no response at all. I finally called again today and was told there was nothing they could do for me. I'm a bit annoyed since I acted in good faith when I agreed to pay an extremely high rate for financing for 3 months so they didn't get dinged with a fee for my switching to my credit union for almost half the rate, an increased cost of over $500. Even though I am unhappy with this transaction overall, the truck is great (slightly concerned with 3 owners in 2 years), the ability to address concerns is lacking there. Chris Ward would have been nice for this transaction to have had at least a similar amount care and respect on your company's end of this deal. More
Although I haven't purchased a vehicle as of yet my experience in my search with Ej Stewart was unlike previous salesman I've dealt with in the past. He wasn't pushy and focused on getting me into just any vehicle just to make a sale that didn't fit my needs or budget. He was very courteous and knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. extremely rude. had my grandchild with me and he started to fuss the service tech plugged his ears with his fingers in front of us. totally unfriendly and it was v had my grandchild with me and he started to fuss the service tech plugged his ears with his fingers in front of us. totally unfriendly and it was very clear we were an inconvenience for him. didn't change wiper blades like i asked, when i asked if the recall was performed since the service advisor did not speak to me after the service the rude cashier said "read your paperwork its in there" this is why i fully am glad i did not purchase my new car and why i will make sure to never service here again or recommend this dealer More
