My experience at the service department was not the best. Dropped car off Tuesday night 12/13/22 for an appointment at 9 a.m. on Wednesday 12/14/22. I was told I would receive a call around 3 p.m. on Wednesday with an update, no call. I called around 4 to get information, I was told there were others ahead of me and that my car got started around 1 p.m. (9 a.m. appt.). I understand "things happen" but to not get a call with an update, even to tell me they started late is frustrating. Good thing I didn't need the car back until Thursday evening, because I had to call Thursday afternoon around 3 to get an update, still no call from Dealer. Bottom line, very poor communication. More
People are nice, but I don't feel like it is very transparent. May not be their fault it may be GM. I didn't make a deal the first time I came back in April, but I got such great customer from Micah and Dave that I came back in December and traded in two vehicles for one nice truck.
