First I want to say when I have an appointment I expect the service to start within 30 minutes not 2 hours and then when they tell me a connection has to be replaced and it takes 3 hours and it’s only a 2 the service to start within 30 minutes not 2 hours and then when they tell me a connection has to be replaced and it takes 3 hours and it’s only a 2 wire connection, well I call that screwing the customer. It was my first oil change for a new chevy. Service and everything was fine and as expected.
