Lied about a service that needed no additional payment I went in to get my 2016 Chevy Camaro 2LT to get Android Auto updated since my car didn't come with it because Chevy did not have it ready when they r I went in to get my 2016 Chevy Camaro 2LT to get Android Auto updated since my car didn't come with it because Chevy did not have it ready when they released the car, and offered free of charge update but they stated that the free of charge service has ended as of last yeR which would make no sense because this update has nothing to do with optional update but an option that should've came with the car, and that they told me that the 7 inch comes with it but the 8 inch, which is upgraded through technology, does not. Which is obviously a lie. Will never go back to get service at this place when I've already been lied to. More

Smooth and Easy After some research and looking the truck I wanted was not available so I went into the closest Chevrolet dealer, McLoughlin Chevrolet, to talk.After After some research and looking the truck I wanted was not available so I went into the closest Chevrolet dealer, McLoughlin Chevrolet, to talk.After being shown the trucks they had on hand I was steered to Elliott, we talked over what I was looking for and he did an inventory search of all the other dealers around the area but my Colorado ZR2 wasn't around. He had me come back the next Thursday when they placed orders and we sat down and placed the order. Then it was just waiting on the truck to be built and shipped. Took a little longer than planned but when my truck arrived they gave me the a great deal and even managed to beat the financing I had set up with USAA. Friendly, professional staff made the whole deal a breeze. Congratulations to the crew at McLoughlin, a very satisfying car buying experience. More
