Excellent Experience My wife booked an appointment for 9 am. I showed up nearly 30 minutes early. While I waited, I enjoyed a complimentary donut and cup of coffee. After a little more than an hour I was called up by Michelle and taken to Charmain to pay. Both were very polite and professional. They accepted a coupon from another dealership which brought the price down too. I will definitely return with my 2012 Volt and GMC dually. More

Custom ZL1 Order I had a custom purchase set up for a brand new ZL1. The sales manager I spoke with was not helpful in getting information about the status of the car I had a custom purchase set up for a brand new ZL1. The sales manager I spoke with was not helpful in getting information about the status of the car and when I could expect to receive it. After repeatedly reaching out to the sales manager to try and get more information about when my car would be ready and hearing nothing back, I reached out to another dealership to see if I could purchase the car through them. He told me that the purchase I had placed with this dealership hadn't been pushed through by the sales manager and my car wasn't in production yet. Needless to say I took my money and sale to another dealership and would never do business or recommend this sleazy, irresponsible, rip-off dealership to ANYONE. I went 60 days without one outbound phone call giving me a status update on my special order car. Despicable. More
