They worked with me and even though the payment wasn't what I wanted or my son wanted we knew that we could go back later and trade it in to get a better payment. At that time the customer service I received from Jeff Woods, Darrin and Jason (and you too Brian) was great just like the previous experience. BUT I got a call tonight from Darrin saying they had found a better deal for me and had managed to lower the payment on my Son's Cruz by $40.00 a month. It's a week before Christmas and two weeks after the purchase and they still were working on getting me what I wanted. Now that's a miracle! Thank you so much and trust me I've never received or experienced this kind of service at any dealership and even now - it feels too good to be true, but I know they have it figured out. You don't have to beat people up, belittle them or make false promises to sell cars. The best way to succeed is with honesty, respect and having your customer be your first priority. My experience with Town & Country Chevrolet began with a question from Tanny Brown during a phone conversation. "What are you looking for"?, she asked. I replied, "A miracle". I explained I did not think I could afford the truck I wanted. After hearing my parameters, she invited me to come and look at their vehicles. When I arrived at the dealership, I found a 2013 pickup parked in front of the construction. I met Tanny in her office and she commenced to present me with the miracle I asked for. She even asked me to bring my co-pilot Nugget (a Beaglier) through the entire process. Three hours later, in front of my house, I gave her the title to my old truck. she took a picture of me, Nugget, and the new truck and drove away with the trade-in. The deal I was presented with still makes me wonder if I dreamed the whole thing. In all truth, I should never have been able to purchase this truck.
