Terrible service I called on a vehicle to come look at and the sales associate Robbie said he would pull the keys and schedule an appointment for me. I had an couple h I called on a vehicle to come look at and the sales associate Robbie said he would pull the keys and schedule an appointment for me. I had an couple hour drive and needed to take off work. In my way to the dealership Robbie called and said they sold the vehicle and it wasn't recorded on the computer. I took off work to drive to the dealership. The manager JR outed OR state law saying they don't hold vehicles, though this is not how Robbie made it sound when I called earlier. So if you plan to look at a vehicle at this dealer, don't take time off work cause they'll sell it before you can get there regardless of what they say they will do. JR was also rude and did not represent good management. More

Robby Sitton I should start by saying I don't like buying cars. I don't like shopping in general, but I hate buying cars. The reason is simple (most car salesman I should start by saying I don't like buying cars. I don't like shopping in general, but I hate buying cars. The reason is simple (most car salesman are tactless, rude, overly pushy, know it all types.) I'm happy to say Robby Sitton changed all that. My wife's car recently exploded in a fiery blaze and so I set out to find her an SUV. While I was expecting to have to deal with a glorified clown in a checkered coat I got Robby.
