Excellent service over and above! On 1/21/17 I went in for a schedule oil change. This is the first time I have ever been to this dealership and I had never owned a Chevy prior to this On 1/21/17 I went in for a schedule oil change. This is the first time I have ever been to this dealership and I had never owned a Chevy prior to this. While I was there I mentioned that my passenger side turn signals were not working and that I had already tried to change the bulbs myself. Even though I had not mentioned this when I scheduled my appointment for an oil change they took the time on a Sat when they were also not fully staffed to look into this for me. I ended up being there for about 4 hours that day which was fine with me I had come prepared with a good book. I was not prepared for how friendly and kind Ryan Silver was to me and they bought me lunch! I was not the only customer in there that day but I was the only one there for four hours lol. A couple of weeks later I noticed that my turn signals were not working again, which did not make me very happy after the time and money (over $350.00) I had already spent trying to fix the problem. I called Ryan up, we made arrangements for me to bring my rig back and to my surprise they outdid themselves again. Ryan explained to me what they had found after working on my rig for 3-4 hours not only did they fix some pinched wires for my turn signals they found some other pinched wires that were affecting my headlights and when I asked him what my bill was he said $0.00 they took care of it for me!!!!! Needless to say I will be back again and again. More

Our service adviser, Teona Boyer took the time to explain what needed to be addressed prior to our 7k mile trip and those items that can wait until our return. She did not try and sell something we did not need. McLoughlin chevolet also honored a 10% coupon that we had from another dealer that would not take our truck for a week out. Teona also arranged for a shuttle driver to take me home. My truck was ready when they promised, washed and clean ready to go. More
