Our favorite colors were available, but the mix of features that we wanted - and didn't want - didn't seem to be. Then he found one whose mix did meet our preferences, and when he showed us the discount thereafter, we were hooked. The checkout process was a little longer than we had time for, so we were antsy. Nevertheless we're satisfied with 90% of the car buying experience. More
