Custom ZL1 Order I had a custom purchase set up for a brand new ZL1. The sales manager I spoke with was not helpful in getting information about the status of the car I had a custom purchase set up for a brand new ZL1. The sales manager I spoke with was not helpful in getting information about the status of the car and when I could expect to receive it. After repeatedly reaching out to the sales manager to try and get more information about when my car would be ready and hearing nothing back, I reached out to another dealership to see if I could purchase the car through them. He told me that the purchase I had placed with this dealership hadn't been pushed through by the sales manager and my car wasn't in production yet. Needless to say I took my money and sale to another dealership and would never do business or recommend this sleazy, irresponsible, rip-off dealership to ANYONE. I went 60 days without one outbound phone call giving me a status update on my special order car. Despicable. More

Quality customer service Went in for routine maintenance oil change etc...found out there was a recall on my vehicle. All was taken care of. Great service! I brought my Sonic in for an oil change and Michael got me in and out within the time frame he specified (about an hour and 15 minutes). Not only was I brought my Sonic in for an oil change and Michael got me in and out within the time frame he specified (about an hour and 15 minutes).
