Horrible. Charged for nothing Took my car to find out why no start. Faulty computer, under warranty. Still charged $135 . Told bad fuel pump and not because of computer but now doo Took my car to find out why no start. Faulty computer, under warranty. Still charged $135 . Told bad fuel pump and not because of computer but now door locks and windows don’t work and still had to tow my car home. Also fuel pump was replaced less than 24 hours earlier and was working prior to your service. Much more but won’t fit here. Lied to my face too.zero stars everything More

Appreciate I spent my evening with a batch of men trying to figure out how to help me get out of a car I bought there in 2014. I was dropping my car off in servi I spent my evening with a batch of men trying to figure out how to help me get out of a car I bought there in 2014. I was dropping my car off in service that day for the second time in a couple months and now for a bigger issue. It took a long few hours and still that night we didn't finish the deal. I went on a test drive with Billy who was very knowledgeable of the car and her accommodating to me and my children while we waited for Jeff and Yun in finance to see what amazing magical deal they could come up with. Well that night 8pm hit and we went home. The next morning I got a call from Chris is service who again is an angel who put me in a rental while they were trying to figure out why my steering wheel was going out. Again a GEM!!!!! Then I talked with Brian, Kaveh, Vanessa, and McGee about the deal we had started last night because the other guys were off. They got me into the new car with a piece of mind of a better warranty and my payment starting in April. A HUGE THANKS TO ALL OF YOU AT CHEVROLET. Oh and I got 10. Gas THANKS Christy in service for asking about that too. More
