I can not express enough how consistently dissatisfied I am with the service department at this dealership. The reason I took a star off was because the “finance guy” tried to convince me the add-ons were non-negotiable and then he “did me a favor because it’s my birthday” and took them off. He got me a loan with an interest rate he insisted was great but I know about the percentage add-on for profit. I was tired so I agreed to the percentage but not the add-ons. Be aware and know all the things the finance department will try and have time to negotiate. This is a general rule for most dealerships though so I’m giving four stars for Rick and the easy (after haggling) buying experience. More
