Started off not so well. Don took care of it. The reason for the 3 is I called a week in advance to make the appointment. The receptionist could not find me sent me to Don. Told him the reason I was there. He preseeded to tell me he could get me in on Monday. Not except able. I have an appointment at 10 am. Asked if I made it on line. No I called and spoke with a lady. Don took care of everything Avalanche went in immediately. Did not time it but it did not take long. Don saved you a customer. More

Best buying experience we ever had. Travis and Jeff were excellent in helping us buy our cars. Went to buy an Equinox we had seen in auto trader and ended up buying it along with a new Travis and Jeff were excellent in helping us buy our cars.
