Turns out it was quicker than expected, they made me new keys, and the service people are very helpful and nice. I will go back there for service, and when I want to buy my next Chevrolet! More

Not terribly representative of gender The sales team doesn't seem to have one woman on it. They're also your typical car salesmen and not very good at it. I wasn't terribly unhappy with the process, but I certainly wasn't pleasantly surprised by anything. Let's just say I expected a slightly unsatisfactory experience, and I got slightly more than that. However, when I realized the car had a dent in it when I got it home (they did not have me do a walk-around before driving off), they did take care of it for no charge, and their dent guy is amazing. More
