Inquired on a wholesale vehicle twice. Both times never got a response back. Very poor service even it was a wholesale vehicle. Both times never got a response back. Very poor service even it was a wholesale vehicle. More
My last service was done on a cold snowy/icy day that also happened to fall on a federally recognized holiday (MLK Day). Kayla was the only service writer working and really appeared to be a skeleton crew (I was just happy they were open!). I had a concern over a warranty issue with my GPS not working as it should and wanted to get my preventative maintenance done at the same time. The repair was delayed a bit, and I appreciated the prompt communication that it would take longer than expected. I was fine that it was taking longer, especially when I received the communication in a timely manner. My vehicle was repaired and even updated to the latest software version and the service done to my truck was done very well (I'm very OCD and check afterwards). Thank you to this dealer, I'll be back. More
Every experience I have had with this dealership since leasing a car three years ago to purchasing one has been exceptional. Elliot worked with me patiently offering help when asked without being at all leasing a car three years ago to purchasing one has been exceptional. Elliot worked with me patiently offering help when asked without being at all pushy as I struggled with the decision to lease or buy. He listened to what I was looking for and did not try to upsell but worked with me to meet my needs. David in finance went above and beyond to work with my budget and was transparent about the figures. Both Elliot and David were respectful of my time and did not play the negotiation waiting game that I have experienced elsewhere. They made the stressful experience of choosing a vehicle as easy as it could be, working with me every step of the way. More

Adam was a great help in determining the flat tow capability which was required for purchase. Elliott was kind and helpful getting things set up in the vehicle. Only drawback is the amount of time i capability which was required for purchase. Elliott was kind and helpful getting things set up in the vehicle. The good: I needed to drive down from Seattle to buy the car and they had it 100% ready with staff there to greet me and jump right into a test drive. The experience with the finance manager was good. He wa car and they had it 100% ready with staff there to greet me and jump right into a test drive. The experience with the finance manager was good. He was receptive and moved with purpose. In general the staff was warm and helpful. The bad: 1) I spent $85K on a 1 year old Yukon and was given ONE key fob. I've now had to spend two trips to my local dealer and FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS to buy and program a new fob. And of course it wasn't until I was walking out the door to drive the car home at the end of the day that this information was presented to me. If I'd have known, we could've had a new fob programmed during negotiation when the car was just sitting there. 2) I shouldn't have been surprised by this: they present one vehicle price online, with fine print which no one reads. Be ready to be surprised - they added $2K of "options" to the vehicle in a ceramic paint coating and theft recovery, neither of which can be removed. When the salesperson tried to provide justification for the price increase by showing me the fine print it only made me frustrated. Don't pull this crap on people. If you want to add those options, then reflect it in the online price. Or endure this lovely low rating. That kind of behavior is why people hate car dealerships - be better than that. 3) Not awesome: I had to endure political rants from my salesperson in the slack times during negotiation which soured the experience. And during our test drive I repeatedly asked for guidance about where to turn so we could head back to the dealership and was given confusing instructions which made it feel like the salesperson didn't know where we were going or they just weren't paying attention.
