He was easy to work with and is very knowledgable about his job. Mcloughlin Chevrolet has one of the nicest lobby areas I have ever seen at a car dealership. The seating is roomy and comfortable and they also provide courtesy coffee, hot chocolate, bottled water, fruit and pastries. Their bathroom is also kept very clean. One of the nicest places to wait for car service ever--and if you don't want to wait, they provide free shuttle service to your door! More

The Protocol for addressing the issue I was told has to adhere to a several step process to correct the problem. This is more about the manufacturer engineering and development than the dealership's ability to quickly solve the problem. Hopefully, the problem is resolved. More
