My 3500HD is a beast I been online shopping a 2500 for about two months. I decided to stop in mcgloughlin Chevrolet.. Overall positive but fell a little short on the details I think what takes a customer experience to the next level is attention to detail. Not a huge deal, but something that shows the level of importance to making sure a person feels valued as a person and not just another sale. Another example was a dismissal of my concern about a report on the Car Fax. I still am not convinced that the report was ever looked into or resolved. This is a small thing that would have gained significant trust with me. I'm 50/50 on going back. I would likely try again but would be more willing to walk away if I started having any concerns about the process. More

Bought a new Colorado PU. When I walked up to the door I told Dave Ames I was looking to buy a new PU. He showed me some trucks. I said I liked the silver one. Then He took me over to Brian Sallee the Finance guy and we finished the deal. Brian was friendly and efficient. The whole process went very smoothly. In approximately 3 hours I was on the way home with my new PU. More
