Excellent experience buying used truck at McLoughlin Chevrol We purchased a used 2015 GMC Sierra 2500HD two weeks ago, our salesman Billy was exceptional! I originally saw the truck online but didn't see it on t We purchased a used 2015 GMC Sierra 2500HD two weeks ago, our salesman Billy was exceptional! I originally saw the truck online but didn't see it on the lot so Billy called management to see if it was still available...it happened to be in the shop getting GMC certified. The service department invited us into the shop so we could take a look underneath it since it was already up on the lift, then they brought it down so we could test drive it. After we signed all of our docs, our salesman Billy helped my husband pull our canopy off of our trade in and move it to our new truck!!! He went WAY above and beyond. He answered all of our questions and has followed up twice to make sure we are still happy. Excellent service!! More

My rating I brought in my 2017 Camaro to have the door handle repaired. They fixed my handle and 2 days later I had a rattle. I called James up and he said no problem bring it down. They repaired the handle and now there is no rattle. James said I could bring it back should it rattle again. Everybody there was courteous and was helpful. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More
