We purchased a new Chevy bolt car, Ryan was our sales guy. Ryan was very knowledgeable, helpful patient everything you would want and did everything he could to make the sales go through. As a follow up to my issues, Ms. Lazaro has yet to do anything she said to correct my issues. I've been calling for months just to get her voicemail and no return correspondence. When I took a day off of work to speak with her in person she assured me that a conversation would be had with her GM and she would contact me the next day. It's been several weeks and I still haven't gotten a call, email,or any indication that my situation is being taken seriously. Being new to the area has been a challenge and this ordeal has only made matters worse! More
