They got me in the same day that my car started showing a "take your car in for service right away" warning, they diagnosed the problem with the Bolt battery, got me a rental car for a week while they replac "take your car in for service right away" warning, they diagnosed the problem with the Bolt battery, got me a rental car for a week while they replaced the battery. They also had their driver take me home and pick me up while I was waiting for a diagnosis. And they communicated well throughout the process. I think they treated me very well, even if I have misgivings about buying this car. More

Excellent! They had same-day appointments, but I opted for next day. Ready for my arrival, service agent was terrific, said repair could be 60-90 mins. Waiting room was clean and comfortable, doughnuts, coffee and water available and they got it done in 50 mins. Definitely recommend! Thank you! More
