We had an appointment with Adam Mixer on June 20. Upon our arrival, Adam knew little about it, yet we test-drove it and wanted to buy it. I tried to reach Adam on June 21 but couldn't get him, so I contacted Elliotte and David, the finance manager. I was told to wait for confirmation if the car was available before coming down. Despite multiple attempts to reach Adam, I still need the confirmation. On June 26, while I was on vacation, Adam finally contacted me and sent me a slew of unsolicited pictures of him that he was out camping. I told him I could return from vacation on July 5. I asked him to confirm with the manager if they would honor the deal upon my return. Adam was so defensive and belligerent that he went on a rant through text about how I "ghosted him." I advised him to be professional as this message could depict poor customer service and threats. He arrogantly replied, "Make sure you take the whole crew." I asked him to stop texting me, and he didn't, but he only did so after I contacted Dylan. I am considering filing a formal report against him. I will not return to this dealership again. Upon my return from vacation, I couldn't make it to the dealership the next day since I had to resume work. Unfortunately, the car sold. More

There have been some ongoing issues with my car and in my former experience, this would have caused the service staff to become frustrated. Not April--she has continued to be kind and helpful. The cashier kept wanting me to tap my card. I asked to see the invoice. I was supposed to get a 20% discount but it wasn’t on the invoice.
