Went to this dealership to get a control board for a heating and cooling system replaced. I had waited about two months for the part to arrive probably because of covid. I called them first and talked to some guy that confused me with someone else. He said he would pass the info on so someone could track down the part. Kelsea called me the next day and got me scheduled to bring in my truck. Kelsea got me signed in and told me about how long I would have to wait and asked if I was staying or going somewhere to wait. I told her I was going to wait there. The truck was completed on time, and I left soon after. Except for the part arriving late, everything else was great. I would not purchase here again without being pre-approved for an auto-loan. They were shady on who they chose as my loan financer as I am sure they had an agreement with JP Morgan Chase wher pre-approved for an auto-loan. They were shady on who they chose as my loan financer as I am sure they had an agreement with JP Morgan Chase where some sort of kickback would happen for both parties should I go with Chase. After requesting additional credit checks they refused on the basis it would damage my credit score and I could get a worse APR. Additionally instead of taking the median credit scores like most institutions they went with my worst, and I have good credit. The whole process was pomp and circumstance. I had to argue with the in-house financer to remove the BS fees they tack on for stolen vehicles, interior maintenance packages, exterior paint maintenance, etc, etc. Jacob Chastain was by far useless and just a body with no decision making power, he sat around about 95% of the time while Chris Ward and I actually talked business. I recently refinanced (after 3 months of being with Chase) for an APR 2% lower than what Chase offered, so I know McLoughlin Chevrolet could have done better than what they gave me, again I assume they got kickback money. Do not buy into their loan lies, do your research get pre-approved once you find the vehicle you like and come back! 1/10. I would not go here again, the only reason I didn't walk out was because they had the absolutely perfect used vehicle for me and I couldn't find another like it within 100 miles. I was also short on time, leaving town for 2 weeks and was carless due to a recent auto accident. Avoid this business. Give your money to better dealerships. More
