I was told that a back light would be ordered but it wasn't. Instead I was asked to prepay for the light before it could be ordered. I also came in for a fix for the recall on the Bolt electric car but wasn't. Instead I was asked to prepay for the light before it could be ordered. When I received the letter to get the fix at the dealership it never mentioned what level the charge should be. So now I've spent close to $500 and did not get anything fixed yet. More

He promptly called me and answered all questions that I had - then stayed late so I could come and test drive the tr truck and requested information.
