After waiting over three weeks to try and schedule a repair on my 2004 Z06 and being told by the manager they'd look for an out of stock part for my car I got tired of playing phone tag and wondering if repair on my 2004 Z06 and being told by the manager they'd look for an out of stock part for my car I got tired of playing phone tag and wondering if I missed return calls (I didn't get) and spoke directly to the young lady in the service department where I learned my part had not been ordered and I was in limbo but as I had offered last week, if I get the part they will install it. Within 10 minutes of my arrival home I ordered the part. All the staff were nice but my impression was they were "swamped" and I got lost in the shuffle. This is very disappointing to me as if they weren't going to order the part just tell me and I'll go some place else instead of wasting my time and money. I just hope that once I get the part I can get it installed as I can't drive my Corvette without it. More

The place is always clean and welcoming. I got a pretty good deal on servicing my truck too. Wasn't too difficult getting an appointment. They usually have pretty nice Corvettes and other cool stuff in there that sometimes I'd stop to just check out. Keep up the great work! More
