Met my expectations! I was not sure if I wanted to buy a new Subaru or not. I went to test drive them and worked with Brian to start. A couple weeks went by while I contemplated buying (it had to do with a decision to give my then current car to my stepson who was going to California). I wanted a Subaru Outback but it only made sense to buy if the deal was good and the financing was in place. When I finally decided to buy, Brian was gone so I talked to KIm. She was awesome. She understood completely where I was coming from and discussed a couple possibilities on cars available or one that was in transit. I decided to get the car in transit and we worked out an acceptable deal on the car. Then waited a few days to see if it showed up. When it appeared it would not be there timely, Kim worked to find the car at another dealer and bring it to Moline. Kim was off the day the car was ready so Brian went over some functions with me and helped with setting up bluetooth etc. Everything worked out nicely. More

She was familiar with all the features and benefits of our new Impreza. She did great job in ensuring we were comfortable with all the operational aspects of our car before we took delivery. She also went over the owner’s manual to confirm understanding on our part. This is my first business with McLaughlin Subaru & they have exceeded expectations so far. I look forward to continuing the relationship during the life of my Subaru. Based on this experience if I am looking for new or used car in the future Kim and McLaughlin Subaru will be our first stop. More

Last year, I purchased a new Outback from this dealership. My salesman was Mr. Scott Bitting who was very pleasant, courteous and professional. An appointment was quickly setup with Mr. Bitting after I saw the Outback on the internet and the price quoted by him was the price I paid for the car. No haggling back and forth. The purchase of this vehicle was a positive experience for me and I have already recommended this dealership to my friends who are looking to get a Subaru, too, especially since I told them I get great mileage on my Subaru Outback - about 30 miles or more a gallon. Also, McLaughlin's service center is very efficient and the personnel are very courteous. Most times you can get your car serviced the same day you call unless it is a major repair or maintenance being performed on your car. More
