Very satisified I had never driven a Subaru before going to McLaughlin. I was able to test drive 4 different models, ask questions about those models and went home wi I had never driven a Subaru before going to McLaughlin. I was able to test drive 4 different models, ask questions about those models and went home with lots of information to make a final decision. The sales associate (Kim) was not pushy and was very helpful in my final choice. The financing department took time to go over different options with me and let the final choice be mine. I never felt like any person at McLaughlin made me feel like I needed more than what I was willing to pay for. It was a great experience and I am very happy with the dealership, along with my choice of car. More

Kim Hicks was an excellent sales lady and I would recommend anyone going to mclaughlin to seek her out and have her assist you with your purchase. A Very Satisfied Customer. Purchased Two Vehicles 2015. I purchased a new 2015 Volvo XC70 earlier this year and just finished purchasing a used 2007 Ford Edge for our daughter. Brian handled the sales proc I purchased a new 2015 Volvo XC70 earlier this year and just finished purchasing a used 2007 Ford Edge for our daughter. Brian handled the sales process on both vehicles. He did an outstanding job of communicating about the vehicles, paying attention to details and managing the sales process. Worth The Drive I purchased a SRX Cadilliac 8/15/2015 in Moine Il, Everyone was very knowledgable and polite. I did my application on line, received a call from my sa I purchased a SRX Cadilliac 8/15/2015 in Moine Il, Everyone was very knowledgable and polite. I did my application on line, received a call from my sale person Dan Machu, I was infomation of all the details and was told come get your car. When I drove the 300 miles to get there it was all worthit. The car, paper work and the test drive was all ready. It only took about 30 minutes and all was finish Anything that one needed they had it available,gap insureance extended warranties, road side assistence ect. We will have my family and friends to take the drive, its worth it. More
On the Way to earning my trust back In 2012 we purchased a new Subaru Outback. The service experience after the purchase was not good. I recently found on the internet a Cadillac Escalad In 2012 we purchased a new Subaru Outback. The service experience after the purchase was not good. I recently found on the internet a Cadillac Escalade advertised at Mclaughlin . I went in to see the vehicle and initially spoke with Scott Schnabel and voiced my concerns of the past service issues. I even mentioned to him that i couldn't believe i was even looking here again.Scott worked very hard to restore my trust in McLaughlin and I was informed that many changes had occurred in the service department. We ended up purchasing a Cadillac Escalade ESV and Scott and Greg were very helpful with the purchase and Cadillac education .I am hoping for a positive outcome from the service department in the future. I gave the 4 star rating because it says for the dealership review. The sales staff would have been 5 star. The dealership itself still has to prove itself to me. More
