Dishonest I wanted to trade my 2015 Suburu Forester for a 2015 Suburu Crostrek. The saleswoman, Kim Hicks, was very helpful. She gave me a price for the new c I wanted to trade my 2015 Suburu Forester for a 2015 Suburu Crostrek. The saleswoman, Kim Hicks, was very helpful. She gave me a price for the new car and a sight-unseen value for my Forester which is in excellent condition. The amount was very low based on the Kelley Blue Book amount. She said the dealership would inspect my car and most likely raise that amount. When I brought my car in to be inspected and proceed with buying the new car the manager told me the deal was already concluded. They would not be inspecting my car and would not be reviewing the trade-in value. As far as the Blue Book value I was told they don't ever go by those amounts. This was the deal take it or leave it. I of course left it. I was lied to and treated rudely and being a woman by myself I think also figured into being treated so badly. I would not recommend dealing with this company. More
Wow what a wild and fun filled ride to Our First Subaru! :} Kim was so patient with me and hung on during Our wild and lengthy courtship. I first started looking at Subaru late last year. My first contact was via an online information request. We received many emails and telephone followup calls as to my inquires from Kim. Circumstances changed and I backed away from shopping until this past month. I was still in contact with Kim during this time period. This woman knows her stuff about Subaru and putting the customer at ease. We test drove both the Outback and a Forester and decided on the Forester. It took about a week for that just "right" one to come in but we are now Proud owners of a 2015 Forester. Kim was in contact with US giving updates and fielding more and more questions from me. At vehicle delivery she was so fussy about each and every detail of the Forester and the dealership. From explaining all of the bells and whistles to cleaning the windshield one last time. She even took a couple of pictures of Us before we drove away. Two days later came a welcoming happy voice on my telephone wanting to know if we had any questions or concerns. Totally pleased with the Forester and the whole buying experience!!! Thank You Kim and the entire staff at McLaughlin. We will recommend McLaughlin and only one sales rep, KIM HICKS, to anyone who asks about OUR Subaru and buying experience. :} More

Kim Hicks was our sales representative, and she spend a lot of time with us going over the features of the car. She had a good sense of humor, and never pushed us to make a quick decision. We felt she was very honest about the trade-in and the sale price, and there were no hassles. When we picked up the car she had personally gone over the detailing to make sure everything was in perfect condition. She introduced us to the service department and told us she would be our personal advocate should we have any concerns in the future. All in all it was the easiest car buying experience we ever had, and Kim was great to work with for our first Subaru. More
Very, very satisfied with my McLaughlin experience Treated with courtesy,respect, fairness and warmth every step of the way, even though I was buying one of the cheapest cars on the lot....a 2005 Buick Treated with courtesy,respect, fairness and warmth every step of the way, even though I was buying one of the cheapest cars on the lot....a 2005 Buick You'd think I was buying a top of the line Volvo. I asked them to verify that recall work had been done on my vehicle before I picked it up....and Jon Elliot and manager George McClean found and provided the info I asked for from the manufacturer, putting my mind at ease. Found a great car at a great price....and a better value than I found anywhere else. The no-cost deductible coverage and nitrogen tire service were a bonus surprise I discovered upon delivery. My sister bought her Subaru from McLaughlin, and raves about them. Now I know why. I'll be back. More

Very satisified I had never driven a Subaru before going to McLaughlin. I was able to test drive 4 different models, ask questions about those models and went home wi I had never driven a Subaru before going to McLaughlin. I was able to test drive 4 different models, ask questions about those models and went home with lots of information to make a final decision. The sales associate (Kim) was not pushy and was very helpful in my final choice. The financing department took time to go over different options with me and let the final choice be mine. I never felt like any person at McLaughlin made me feel like I needed more than what I was willing to pay for. It was a great experience and I am very happy with the dealership, along with my choice of car. More

She was polite, caring, fun, and even offered to help with our baby. Brandon Logsdon did our financing and was awesome to work with as well. The entire mclaughlin family is amazing. More
