We've purchased two Subarus from McLaughlin Subaru and I've been pleasantly surprised both times. Jesse Lester is an informed, no pressure sales associate who really went the extra mile to get us in the right car, at the right price. We had no doubts about buying a Subaru (We've owned eight of them now) so it was just a matter of picking one with the options we wanted. No pressure from Jessie to upgrade, and we were under no pressure to commit before we were ready to pull the trigger. Once papers were signed, Jessie took the time to really go over all the new features of our new Outback, and encouraged us to come back anytime with questions or a review. I feel that we have formed a relationship that will serve us well for future purchases. More

I received an E-quote online and was contacted within hours by them to answer all of my questions and give me no-pressure suggestions for how I could arrange a test drive and secure financing easy since I live well over an hour away. They have a professional straight-forward approach that I appreciated. I would recommend them to anyone:) More

Pleasurable Purchasing Experience I had done some research about the Subaru Impreza a year ago, but we put that off in favor of buying a boat. Unfortunately, my wife's old car decided I had done some research about the Subaru Impreza a year ago, but we put that off in favor of buying a boat. Unfortunately, my wife's old car decided not to wait patiently for an extra year before dying. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted. McLaughlin had a couple models with everything I was looking for in a Sport Impreza. I went in expecting the worst, car salesmen have a bad reputation, like lawyers it comes with the territory I suppose. We got out and looked around for a few minutes before we were approached by Nathan Gorzney. We talked to Nathan, told him what we were interested in and also asked about what used Impreza inventory they had. He was courteous and friendly. We walked around a bit - it was a beautiful day - to look at the used stock, then we went inside to talk. We felt at ease and didn't feel any pressure. We talked about what we wanted and decided to test drive one of the Sport Premium Imprezas in the lot. Nathan did bring up looking at the Legacy, but I didn't feel any pressure to, rather it felt more like he was concerned since I am 6'3" with a large build, and I looked cramped in the Impreza since it is classified as a small car. While I don't have much room, the seat is still comfortable and the leg and head room are adequate. Also, my wife is 4'11", and the car is primarily for her. We ended up working with Nathan to purchase the car that day. Nathan and McLaughlin Subaru really try to make you feel at home and part of the family. The dealership was clean and bright, and everyone was friendly. We did finance part of the car, so we also worked with Joe and then Robert Coronado when we came back after lunch. Robert was friendly and patient while I read all the fine print. We ended up talking about the history of McLaughlin, which lead to me mentioning my job, and that led to talking about fishing, which turned out to be a common interest. Overall it was a great experience. Thanks Nathan and thanks Robert. More
