Heartfelt, trustworthy They weren't pushy like most dealerships. They made sure they knew my needs and wants in a vehicle and used it to find me a great vehicle. Matt took the time to explain all of the features that my new car has (My previous car was a Honda and the car before that a Toyota and I've never had someone take the time to make sure I really know how to use everything that's on the car). The safety features and AWD were what made me interested in the Impreza. More

I've had my fair share of shady questionable dealers, but McLaughlin helps to restore faith in humanity. The only downside to our car was it still had some wax on it. We were treated with the utmost respect and it seemed the people we dealt with considered our opinions as intelligent and most reasonable. Kim Hicks was a delight to talk with and had a fountain of information seemingly at her fingertips. Robert Coronado was great with his explanations of all the finances involved. During that two months, we got emails telling us an approximate date our car would be ready for pick-up and the date they gave us was the exact date the car came in. When we picked up the car, Brian Cox was the one who showed us how all the cool features worked and he couldn't have been more patient with our questions! Other people who worked there came up to us and introduced themselves to us and shook our hands. They could not have been more professional or helpful! I'm glad we chose to buy our new car from McLaughlin instead of some of the Chicagoland dealers we had also visited. More

He got me where I wanted to be and terms with no problem. Went overboard by allowing my to use a loaner while they made a repair to the seam on back leather seat. The entire process was amazing. From Brandon, to finance explaining everything so well to even the service department showing me where to go. Thank you for me finally after 29 years of driving, finally finding a dealership that I will refer, recommend and always go to for any vehicle needs!! More
