I can't remember the salesman that had failed to have it available but he sent Kim Hicks to deliver the bad news. Kim went above and beyond calling to have the lady bring the car back. Working with Kim on price (which is never fun) was a wonderful experience. She was very personable and to the point. There was no back and forth. This is the way car dealerships should all operate... no game playing. Our only complaint was with the finance dept. We financed through them and the interest rate was the highest we had come across. They made an offer to drop it if we agreed to buy the extra warranty. Left with a great used car for a great price anyways! More

Not impressive customer service Unfortunately, I did not have positive customer service at all! I drove from out of state to purchase a specific vehicle from McLaughlin, due to a rec Unfortunately, I did not have positive customer service at all! I drove from out of state to purchase a specific vehicle from McLaughlin, due to a recent accident where my car was totaled. The salesman told me on the phone the day prior to my trip I could finance a loan with McLaughlin. When I received my check from the insurance company the following week, then I could refinance the loan, since I was paying 50% cash for the car. Upon my arrival the next day to buy the vehicle, the finance person I interacted with made it clear he did not want to do the loan due to the amount of paperwork on my end and his end and this would not be a good impression for his lenders. He had me call my bank in Iowa to see if they would do the loan. It was Friday afternoon at 3pm, so the banker said this was not possible because they would need my signature. *I left without a vehicle and put a $500 deposit down to come back the following week to purchase the car. My $500 check was cashed within two business days at my bank. When I returned to McLaughlin the following week to ask for the refundable $500 deposit check I was told I would receive it in the mail a few days later. It took a little over two weeks to get the $500 in the mail. Honestly, my experience all around was not good and it made things very stressful when I had just recently been in a bad accident that totaled my other car. More

I expected a higher standard from a Cadillac dealership I recently found a beautiful ctsv Cadillac here. I live in southern Indiana, so I had to fly up and get it. On the test drive I noticed a knocking sound from one of the tires. The salesman, kris, informed me it had new brakes, and that was probably the source of the knocking. He assured me it passed the shops checklist to sell, and that it had new brakes and tires. He tried to sell me on the fact it was a brake getting “broken in” I explained to him that I had a 6 hour drive home and that I would have it checked out when I arrived home, when it was checked I found that it was a couple hundred dollars worth of repair. Not a huge expense, but aggravating that it was an issue that passed their inspection and now the salesman/dealership won’t claim the issue was there when he sold me the car. I expect a Cadillac dealer to be held to a higher standard... If they respond to this review, and the situation changes, I will let you all know. More

We were always very pleased with the service on our old ones, and couldn't be happier with the salesperson for our new ones (John Martinez) who was absolutely no pressure -- just told us that he'd try to come up with a deal that we could afford (which he did)! More
