Each time there sale staff has been outstanding, we have nothing but good things to say about our sale person, Kim Hicks, she is above all things patient and very knowledgeable. We have never been "pressured" by her and always felt welcome. McLaughlin have become like family and we recommend them ever chance we get. What makes the entire car buying process worth it is knowing that they stand firmly behind what they sell and they will go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. Our cars always come home after being serviced, cleaner than when they left, they have never tried to convince me I needed work done, that wasn't obvious or what it had went in for, extremely trustworthy in that respect. Not much else to say other than they are "SIMPLY AMAZING" See you again in fiver years Kim! More

Crosstrek purchase I had a very specific vehicle I was looking for and Kim went the extra mile to find it! She stayed on top of lining up the transfer of the vehicle to I had a very specific vehicle I was looking for and Kim went the extra mile to find it! She stayed on top of lining up the transfer of the vehicle to their dealership and kept me informed when there was a potential problem. I can't recommend Kim enough. She's friendly, knowledgeable, and has a great sense of humor. Thanks to her I have a beautiful 2020 manual transmission Subaru Crosstrek that my husband and I have affectionately named Orange Crush! We were referred by a family member to get hold of Kim Hicks and we are sure glad we did. Kim is very friendly and very knowledgeable about the Forester. There was never any pressure from her to make a deal and never any intimidation. I wish past car purchases were as easy as this one was! Robert Coronado in finance was also very friendly and fun to talk during all the paperwork signing. Thank you for the great experience!! More

Excellent sales and finance experience I wanted a Subaru for my first time teen driver for the safety factor. Kim Hicks allowed us to experience the feel of the two vehicles we were thinkin I wanted a Subaru for my first time teen driver for the safety factor. Kim Hicks allowed us to experience the feel of the two vehicles we were thinking of without any upsell pressure. Kim’s comments about the pros and cons between the two vehicles were born out in our test drives and made the decision easier as to what we wanted for the long term. Mike Morales was our financial person at the dealership. He was professional but outgoing and my family had fun working with him. Once again, I appreciated his walking through the options with us and allowing us to make the decision without pressure. More
