Jay was great! He stayed with us, kept checking on status of paperwork and let us know what was going on every step of the way. When I had issues with the state of Oklahoma getting a temporary tag (Oklahoma's fault, 3rd time for me, bad laws), he was quick to respond and got me a temporary tag the same day. If anybody wants to buy a car, I highly recommend Jay. Our finance representative was great as well. Best service we ever had buying a car and I have bought a lot of them over the years. I am 76 years old so I know what I am talking about. Thank you for your great team! More

Our sales guy was great! The thing that ruined the whole experience was the wait for a finance guy. It wouldn’t be a problem, but we noticed customers buying new cars kept ge The thing that ruined the whole experience was the wait for a finance guy. It wouldn’t be a problem, but we noticed customers buying new cars kept getting ahead of us. It makes you feel like a loser when you are made to wait so long and all these people that came in after you are getting served first. After about an hour and a half, we had to email our sales guy who was at the other building to come and make sure our paperwork was still there. We were too deep in this purchase to walk away, but I wouldn’t recommend anyone else buy a used car from this location. More
