I recently leased a vehicle here, and while my experience with the sales team was positive—they were personable, transparent, and willing to negotiate—the finance process left much to be desired. The finance with the sales team was positive—they were personable, transparent, and willing to negotiate—the finance process left much to be desired. The finance manager was dismissive of my questios, which felt unprofessional. Worse, he made a serious error in the finance document, causing my monthly payment to increase after corrections were made. There was no formal apology from the dealership, just a justification and a rushed update to the contract. While I appreciated the sales team’s professionalism, the finance experience made me question the dealership's reliability. More

Was disappointed in the finance department. Bought the car on Friday night and only one person in the department. We got to your dealership at 515 pm and finally left at 750 pm and then had to Bought the car on Friday night and only one person in the department.
