I purchased a used 2020 duramax on4-11 and left my other truck on the lot where Shawn smith told me to put it I left the dealership around 2:30 that afternoon. Saturday morning I picked up the vehicle and I truck on the lot where Shawn smith told me to put it I left the dealership around 2:30 that afternoon. Saturday morning I picked up the vehicle and I was damaged overnight. I called Shawn on Tuesday morning and asked them to look at the camera footage from Friday night he said he would contact Monty his manager Monty did call about this and did not help me for anything. I did reach out to Shawn on this later in the week and he was not in the office that day so I still have not had any response for damage done to my vehicle. Very poor customer service. I feel this will be going nowhere. I still need an answer about damages done. I sent Shawn and Monty a video of the hood of truck last Tuesday 4-15 More
