This was the easiest, best car buying experience of my life. The salesperson Dennita was incredible. She really went above and beyond my expectations. She made sure all my questions were answered and that the car was exactly what I wanted. While I was waiting on it to be detailed, she sent me pictures and communicated with me. I had a question and she immediately had me on FaceTime addressing my concern. After the sale she sent me an email making sure I was happy with everything. She has a customer for life now. The sales manager and general manager were absolutely incredible. The easiest negotiation I have ever done. This was a zero stress sale for me. No running back and forth playing games, just a fair price for a great car. The price was in the middle of the Kelly blue book value. They could have sold the car for way more, considering everyone else had their 4Runners at $5,000 above high retail kbb. I was at the gas station where I met the owner of the dealership and he wanted to make sure that I was happy with my purchase. Absolutely I am happy with you for providing the best experience ever buying a car. I will ONLY buy from you now. More

The process is one of distrust and so time consuming that I have felt like I was being held against my will. Not so at McKinnon. They were courteous to a fault and I was in and out in less than 2 hours. Dusty, my sales person, was kind, listened to what I wanted and really worked with management to get me the best deal. And the Finance department was amazing to work with. No pressure, just getting me through the process! I will buy all my cars here from now on and I suggest everyone else does the same. More

They seemed to be extremely miffed that I could get a much better interest rate than theirs and then Robert Webb in Finance was not cooperative at all in dealing with my credit union to get the transaction done. He claimed it was supposed to be a cash deal when we were talking about financing from the get go and I needed the best rate I could get. They were a full point higher than what I could get so obviously took advantage of my own credit union. It seems obvious that while they may have good pricing on vehicles but when they don't get the financing, the customer service goes down the drain. I drove an hour and an half to deal with them for the savings but will look hard locally before I would go back there for my next purchase. More
Pure underhand I did my homework online, followed tips from "Edmunds" in an attempt to get fair price on a New truck. Once they figured out I knew their tactics, the only price quote they would give was actually higher than advertisements show on their website, I assuming because I wouldn't play along with McKinnon's deceitful business practices. Very nice to your face, NOT honest when it comes maximizing profits. More

Best dealership I've ever seen This dealership gave me an excellent price on a used car which was in great shape and is the perfect car for my needs. They allowed me to drive it to my mechanic for a checkup who told me that he would buy it if I didn't. Their showroom is fantastically clean especially the bathrooms. All of my questions were answered promptly. Chris Godwin was the sales representative who handled the transaction efficiently and courteously. Johnny and Shane bent over backwards to make sure that I was a satisfied customer. I will highly recommend this dealership and will purchase from them again if I need any more vehicles. They made me feel special. More
Just needed my right side mirror replaced. Had a little run on Interstate 65 with an errant tire that broke off a truck. Called and asked McKinnon about a replacement right side mirror in Barcelona Red. Talked with Megan in the parts department she did not know the total price because the body shop would have to provide their numbers for installation. I asked her to chat with them and I'll wait. She came back on & told me the total price parts and labor to install. ~ 255.00 dollars. Waited on the other party to report the incident to their Insurance Company. Finally got a call 5 days after the run in from the insurance company. I called McKinnon & told Megan to order the mirror on a Friday for a Monday delivery and send me an e-mail with the quote for the work. Got the quote late Friday for ~325.00. WTH? I sent an e-mail on Saturday to ask Megan for rationale for the price increase for the Mirror. (She has been out sick both Monday & Tuesday). The mirror was delivered on Monday as I called to chat with Megan on why the increase in quote and to see if my mirror came in. She was out sick and Chris in parts said it was in but didn't know what the status was. Huh? Shouldn't that be in the computer on the order under my name? I ordered it & my name should be on it. So I told him I would call the next day, Tuesday. Called on Tuesday and again Megan was sick. So I had to deal with Chris on the issue. In the course of talking about the mirror I asked him to confirm the total price since he apparently does not have access to whatever document Megan typed into the computer. He said well he didn't know how much it would be because the parts department would have to provide their price for parts and labor. Huh? I already had the part. No, not the mirror, they needed to paint it. Paint it? I was told you ordered them in the color scheme needed. They are no longer available. Ok, so when will it be painted? He didn't know that either because he would need to get it to the body shop. So how hard is that? Well I am the only one here and can't leave. I asked him to put me thru to the Body shop and I'll get them to give me the estimate. Well he says he might lose me can I call them? Sure, because the use of a computer and a phone system apparently is too technical! I call the body shop and again with the well the mirror isn't here yet so we might be through with it by Wednesday evening. Well I guess I'll find out tomorrow. But I did find out the body shop is a few miles away. Being separated from the main shop is a difficult task to pull off even if folks know what kind of technology they have at their disposal and can use it. It is compounded when parts must be delivered to one location and then transported to the final destination. They really need to do some serious process improvement. One person can't take up when another in the SAME department is out sick??? That Mr. McKinnon is know as a Single Point Of Failure! Not a good thing in critical situations and the same holds true if a business wishes to have a good reputation among their peers and make and keep customers! More
