Appointments mean nothing I bought my Enclave in November 2014 and have brought it to McKinney Buick GMC for oil changes every time. Each time I've made an appointment in advance and every single time have had to wait over an hour for them to even start. When arriving, they act like they have no idea why I'm even there.
