I do not like the way that service center is handled. Use to the service advisor came to you now. You have to find one on your own. The service consultant that I was assigned, Justin Sutton, was totally dismissive, unprofessional, and ignored me as a client. If that's professionalism, customer service and who I must rely on to advocate the maintenance and readiness of my vehicle, I will 'never' come back. His continued employment reflects the dedication, lack of professionalism, and after sales care it should pride itself. Lastly, my salesperson was not Cynthia Miller as I never met such a ghost of a person. More
