The service is always excellent and the waiting area is comfortable; but sometimes the wait is a bit long. Fernando (Junior) did an outstanding job assisting me with my vehicle. When I first walked in there were four representatives sitting in their chairs talking to each other, looking at a computer, and eve with my vehicle. When I first walked in there were four representatives sitting in their chairs talking to each other, looking at a computer, and even looking at his phone. None of them even acknowledged me and went about their business. This was a first for me since this dealership is usually good with taking care of their customers. After 10 min or so Fernando walks in and asks me if I had been helped yet. He listened to my needs and even set expectations as to how long it would take for them to service my vehicle and wash it. as I was waiting in the waiting room, he asked me a few more questions regarding my vehicle and suggested a transmission flush. I agreed to the added service and listened to what else he had to say about preventative maintenance for my vehicle. Overall, Fernando is very knowledgeable and expresses a genuine desire to help his customers. He even explains as to why he would make his suggestions along with their benefits. Because of him, I would definitely continue to recommend this dealership and give them a high review. More
