5 stars for the Service Dept. Sales Dept. Brings this down to 4.. I purchased a 2021 in March. With less than 10K miles the engine was rebuilt, valve job was performed and a transmission replaced. I arrived with a free diagnosis from my car computer, but dealership charged me $165, to do the same reading and said the same thing as what I already knew. That is a rip-off. They spent 5 minutes duplicat dealership charged me $165, to do the same reading and said the same thing as what I already knew. That is a rip-off. They spent 5 minutes duplicating what I did for free. They took 24 hours to do it, and did not provide any loaner car or options. Had to wait an hour for a courtesy ride home. Additionally quoted me $500 more than another shop, promised to match the price. But only discount was $200, when I picked up my car. Felt they tricked me into keeping my car and fixing it, then added bogus fees to recover the fake discount they promised. Very disappointing. More
