Caleb in service- no professional, didn’t return calls after getting his hair cut. Told him we had the code for the recall and he never to the service department. Had our car towed there stuck in park and only 25,000 miles . The whole experience was unpleasant. Service manager tried to explain phone system is old , etc.. poor service all the way around. We will use another GMC dealer next time we have a recall or need our car serviced. More
Gordon was an easy going, calm, helpful and not pushy at all. He helped me but didn’t blow up my phone with calls or texts. Best salesman I’ve ever had. all. He helped me but didn’t blow up my phone with calls or texts. Best salesman I’ve ever had. More
We had a GREAT experience with Gordon. He was knowledgeable, friendly and got us a great deal. We would definitely buy from Gordon again. He was knowledgeable, friendly and got us a great deal. We would definitely buy from Gordon again. More
Three years ago I bought a brand new 2021 GMC Acadia from McKinney Buick GMC. I absolutely love the truck, but as sometimes happens, it had developed a rattle in the headliner. I have tried to get it fixe McKinney Buick GMC. I absolutely love the truck, but as sometimes happens, it had developed a rattle in the headliner. I have tried to get it fixed by them numerous times since, and it is still not fixed. Since the repairs would take a minimum of two or three days to complete, the advisors have promised loaner cars, but because of the scarcity of available cars they had, coordination efforts have been drawn out and with some struggle. After about the fourth time bringing it in, the service department has started to give me the run-around (“your advisor isn’t here”, “the trim guy is out”, “the service manager will get back with you”), and in the case of their current service manager Rob, became quite rude, demeaning and disrespectful. To date the rattle remains and there appears to be no effort in them working with me on getting it resolved. It’s a headliner, not a transmission or the electrical system. Several years ago GM issued a recall notice on my Acadia for a rear backup camera wiring harness replacement. The standard comment from their service advisors (every time I brought my truck in) was that this part is on backorder, and they do not know when it will be available. OnStar and GM have been really pushing for me to get this work done as of late, so I brought my truck in last Tuesday for some basic maintenance and to get the recall addressed again. Their service advisor, Sam, told me the parts are on backorder and that the dealership has no idea on when they would be getting any in - without even checking the Parts Department first. I have since discovered from talking to OnStar and with another North Texas GMC dealership, that there has been no issue in getting these parts for well over a year. It appears that there are 199 of one style and 44 of the other style harness (depending on what my truck needs) in the Fort Worth warehouse. Their Service team is telling me, and presumably other customers, outright LIES. This was the last straw and they have officially lost me as a loyal customer (of 15+ years). I will be taking my Acadia to another dealership for all my maintenance needs and more importantly, my next GMC purchase will NOT be at McKinney Buick GMC. More

Rings 12 times then goes to front desk who forwards back to service and your stuck in that loop till someone who finally answers and has to find a rep who is always with someone. Every call takes min 15 mins. Took truck in for power running board issue. I had to remove myself because it was stuck out and against my tire. Was told when I dropped it off I was going to have to pay labor to out it back on because I took off. They kept truck for two days and then called to tell me they needed to order a part. I went and got truck and waited for call when part arrived. Never got that call. I called a week later to was told oh yes it’s in. So brought truck in and was told be ready same day. Dropped off at 7am. No call so at 5pm I called and they said sorry will be tomorrow couldn’t get to it today. Finally go pick up my truck and seemed to be working. Get home wife steps on running board and it slides and she falls hitting her knee on door opening. They never tightened the screws! Do not go to service shop. If you dont believe me. Call service and see how long it takes you to talk to someone. More
