Service advisor could have a little more customer friendly attitude. Seemed annoyed from the beginning and never smiled one time during any of my interactions with him. Never thanked me for my business when I could of easily chosen other dealerships or shops to service my vehicle. My preferred service advisor I deal with was out. I will only deal with my preferred advisor from now on if I decide to use this dealership in the future. Spent nearly 6 hours at the dealership for a service that was estimated at 2-3 hours. Had an issue with the install and the install technician went on a 90 minute lunch. Was told he was the only one that could continue to troubleshoot the problem. Gave the service manager the phone number to the part manufacturer for support on the issue. Was told he would call him, but he didn't. I ended up calling the company myself. After nearly 6 hours, finally fixed the issue. Turned out to be a simple fix that the install technician missed (or didn't read) on the instructions. Charged $200 over the quoted labor price due to technician error or negligence. No apology from service advisor, manager, or I presume the GM (he was in business casual attire). They all seemed annoyed that I wouldn't just accept the fact that there were multiple problems with the installation of the after market part. I suggest they don't agree to install after market parts or products if they don't feel confident or have the right attitude if something goes wrong. What a shame that they likely lost a 6 year customer who not only bought the vehicle from them but also had the dealership perform all the scheduled maintenance plus a set of tires. More
