Extremely poor communication. My car is at their shop and I can't get anyone to tell me when the parts will be in. After 2 emails and a phone call on (8/2/24) to the dealership. My car is at their shop and I can't get anyone to tell me when the parts will be in. After 2 emails and a phone call on (8/2/24) to the dealership. I received the initial email stating the middle of this week for possible parts delivery. Have emailed 3 times this week. Twice to the service person associated with the repair order. Once directly to the dealership. No responses. Hopefully, the service techs are top notch once the parts arrive. I'm hoping the communication issues I've been having are not an indication of what's to come. More
Everything went well until I got to the finance guy. This was a cash deal and he kept trying to up sale a warranty. I told him NO atleast fifteen times. I had to threaten to leave before he stopped. I This was a cash deal and he kept trying to up sale a warranty. I told him NO atleast fifteen times. I had to threaten to leave before he stopped. It was very ridiculous. I will not return because of that kid alone. Everyone else was great. My sales man did a great job. More

Bate and switch. Pictures in THEIR own website for a truck (pictures attached). We have check in hand to pay Then. The sales manager starts going over the paper wok Pictures in THEIR own website for a truck (pictures attached). We have check in hand to pay Then. The sales manager starts going over the paper woke and it’s $20k more than the advertised price. Not to mention. I called 2 times to speak to someone if the truck was there and confirmed the price. This seems pretty typical after reviewing Yelp & other reviews. Talked to the assist GM. Waiting on a call from General Manager More
If I could leave zero stars, I would! !!! I normally don't use this dealership for my oil change, but my normal dealership was booked up and this sister dealership was available. All I !!! I normally don't use this dealership for my oil change, but my normal dealership was booked up and this sister dealership was available. All I needed was an oil change and an alignment since I had purchased new tires on my car. I had no issues with my car and nor a check engine light or other lights Illuminating on my dashboard prior to check in for the oil change appointment. During the 3 hour wait for the oil change and alignment, they tell me that the check engine came on and that the knock senor has gone bad. I tell them that I had no issues before and if the light came on under their care, they need to return it to me the way I brought it to them. They refused to do so, and claimed it was a mechanical issue not related to the oil change and alignment and I would be charged to fix the knock sensor that they messed up. I finally get my car back, the alignment was worst than before and I had to turn around and go back to them to make them fix it. Then they proceed to tell me that I also needed a new tie rod/tire rod, which they did NOT mentioned at all the first time during the initial appointment. And tells me that I am better off selling the car because too much work needs to be done in it, WHICH IS A TOTAL LIE!!!!!! Long story short, avoid the McKinney Buick GMC Service Department at all costs! They will mess up your car just to try to scare you into trading your car for a new car. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THEM! They are the absolute WORST and ruined my original plans. I don't want them to touch my car ever again, and there is nothing that they can do or say to change my mind. More
Be very cautious of doing business with this dealership. They had a used truck listed at $32,500 but then added $2295 to the price when negotiating a deal, calling it “dealer added accessories”. I was sent They had a used truck listed at $32,500 but then added $2295 to the price when negotiating a deal, calling it “dealer added accessories”. I was sent a list of the so called added accessories and the total added up to $1790. When I questioned the difference in $2295 vs $1790, I was told that they just charge a flat fee, regardless of actual price. More
