It was a rainy day so I was offered a rain check for detailing and this Tuesday (over a month later) I went in since my plates have arrived and I wanted them to put it on. I asked Mike, the service rep if the "rain check" for the detailing is still valid and was told he will coordinate with Mishelle. I was sceptical. When I went to pick up my car it was all done plates, seatheating chip, and the detailing! All done. They did not forget their promise! I guess it is the McKinney GMC way 😀 thank you guys More

Very patient and professional staff. The salesman was attentive. The sales manager was professional. Was quite surprised to find I had been given a free warranty by the finance guy. The service department really sucks! I came in with my car that had the check engine light on. After a few days and ~$2500 dollars, they said the problem was fixed and they "cleared" the I came in with my car that had the check engine light on. After a few days and ~$2500 dollars, they said the problem was fixed and they "cleared" the code. In less than three days after that, the light came back on again. I took the car there and this time they told a different story and charged me another ~$1100. In addition, they told me that they needed to fix another problem that they discovered during their work and they could not do it because they didn't have the part. My car just sit in their parking lot for more than a month and they never had an ETA for the part and never offered help for my transportation other than a 50% off of a week's rental. I couldn't wait any longer, so I paid myself to have the car towed to another shop and they found a way to fix this last problem. Now I can drive my car, but the light is still on! They worked on it twice and charged me a total of ~$3600 without fixing the problem! More
