They failed to meet every deadline they set. I was told it would take 2 to 3 business days to diagnose my issue. It took eight days. I was told typical turnaround time was 10 days to two weeks to get my vehicle. It took just over three weeks. As they were coming close to finishing up, they told me it would be ready on Friday, and that they would call me if it wasn’t going to be ready. No one bothered to call me to let me know it wasn’t going to be ready on Friday, so I wasted a trip up there. I called on Saturday and was told it would be ready on Monday. I called on Monday so I wouldn’t waste another trip and they said that it would be ready on Tuesday. I finally received a call on morning saying it was ready. I went by Tuesday evening and my paperwork still wasn’t done. I had to wait an additional 15 minutes because they didn’t have their act together. I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this dealership. More

Easy to make my appt for the chip that was not available when I purchased my new Buick. I was greeted by Joshua who took excellent care of my needs. Unfortunately editing my original review from 3 stars to 1. I would give negative stars if I could. We ended up driving 4 hours back in the middle of the week to return the car we were hoping to purchase af 1. I would give negative stars if I could. We ended up driving 4 hours back in the middle of the week to return the car we were hoping to purchase after being lied to multiple times. We had agreed to have our local dealership look at and fix issues we were told worked and agreed to pay for the vehicle once it was properly fixed. The day before taking it in, we received a call saying we now needed to pay for the vehicle before fixes. So we told them we would just bring the vehicle back and pick up our old car. Upon arriving, the manager said he had no idea we were bringing it back and voiding the sale (though we spoke that morning where he said we would just sign some papers and swap keys…) AND now we owed a THOUSAND DOLLAR restocking fee! So we basically had to pay them $1000 for a bad experience. I’ve worked with many dealerships and have never had such a bad experience! Save your time and buy elsewhere! More
The service department and service manager are absolutely no help. Calling the service manager is a complete waste of time. When I asked to speak with the general manager he immediately said he wasn't availa no help. Calling the service manager is a complete waste of time. Stay away from these guys. More
Unbelievably poor customer service! I'm from out of state, so they informed me that they would not finance a vehicle purchase for me but would still sell me a vehicle if I obtained fin I'm from out of state, so they informed me that they would not finance a vehicle purchase for me but would still sell me a vehicle if I obtained financing from my local bank. I acquired approval from my local bank, their one requirement was to have a copy of the title before wiring the funds for the purchase. On Friday they told me that they could get me the title on Monday. When I called on Monday, they said they sold the vehicle to another customer over the weekend! They weren't even going to let me know! If I wouldn't had followed up on my texts with a call Monday afternoon, I would still be waiting for them to send the title. I will NEVER even consider another purchase from this unscrupulous network of dealers. Also, when preparing the purchase agreement, they threw in $1995 as dealer accessories. When asked they said it was because they "certified the vehicle". So no longer was this a benefit they were selling me it was a cost that I had to pay for! Still can't believe there are car dealers out there that still fulfill the used car dealer stereotype. Steer clear of these folks. More
