My apologies for not being clear about my issues with your dealership. It wasn't that you couldn't find my ideal vehicle, which you had and I agreed to purchase, it was that you lied to me about the opportunity for me to purchase the vehicle and your underhanded attempt to require me to pay for your decision to "Certify" the vehicle. I jumped through the hoops you required of me as penalty for living out of state. I acquired the loan locally so I could pay cash for the vehicle. All the bank required was a copy of the title. I was repeatedly told you would "send it tomorrow" until I finally talked to a sales floor manager and asked if the vehicle was still available for me to put down a deposit. He finally told me they sold it a couple days before to someone local and they were coming in that day with the deposit and finance in house. Your dealership acted exactly as people expect of low integrity car dealers.
