Unbelievably poor customer service! I'm from out of state, so they informed me that they would not finance a vehicle purchase for me but would still sell me a vehicle if I obtained fin I'm from out of state, so they informed me that they would not finance a vehicle purchase for me but would still sell me a vehicle if I obtained financing from my local bank. I acquired approval from my local bank, their one requirement was to have a copy of the title before wiring the funds for the purchase. On Friday they told me that they could get me the title on Monday. When I called on Monday, they said they sold the vehicle to another customer over the weekend! They weren't even going to let me know! If I wouldn't had followed up on my texts with a call Monday afternoon, I would still be waiting for them to send the title. I will NEVER even consider another purchase from this unscrupulous network of dealers. Also, when preparing the purchase agreement, they threw in $1995 as dealer accessories. When asked they said it was because they "certified the vehicle". So no longer was this a benefit they were selling me it was a cost that I had to pay for! Still can't believe there are car dealers out there that still fulfill the used car dealer stereotype. Steer clear of these folks. More

This dealership has been the best to deal for me for the last 13 years. Managers, Dan Erwin and Rob Barth in the service department lead a great group of service techs such as my current tech Caleb, with ot last 13 years. Even the valets are friendly and helpful such as Willford who is always happy to help me in anyway. Our purchases of vehicles has been the same experience the last with Chad George and the GM David Kelley is always aiming for a pleasant experience for all customers. This will be the only dealership you will want to work with for all vehicle related needs! More
The service guy Sam assigned to handle the service work on my truck treated me as if I was not important and I had to call and force him to communicate with me and even then the way he communicated was in on my truck treated me as if I was not important and I had to call and force him to communicate with me and even then the way he communicated was in a lazy manner, as if I was a burden. He made the process more stressful on me than it should have been. He was working with my warranty company and wouldn't even call them to let ask them to extend the rental car coverage until the last hour of the day when I had to turn it in. I had to beg him to make that call. Again I felt like I (the customer) was a burden to him and he refused to keep me informed along the way. When I asked him why he couldn't he stated he makes all his calls at the end of the day around 5. That doesn't help if you have to make alternative plans around the situation for transportation and need the help of other people. More

Great service with Caleb. Amanda Mister, warranty boss , helped at the end of my car 60 day repair.
