Terrible communication! No rush to get things done and no desire to help the customer! They kept our vehicle hostage for 2 weeks. I have been dealing with McKinney GMC since 2018. I have purchased 5 new trucks/SUV’s from them since that time, with the latest one yesterday for my wife. I live 100 ish miles away from there and pa I have purchased 5 new trucks/SUV’s from them since that time, with the latest one yesterday for my wife. I live 100 ish miles away from there and pass by two other GMC dealerships along the way. Why? Because of the service department and the service manager Robert Barth, that handles my vehicles. Because of the sales people like Vonnie, and Quincy, and the way they treat myself and my family. Because of the parts department and the above and beyond things they do to get me what I want or need. And when it comes time to go through the financial process ( you know that PITA process at the end of buying a vehicle) where you sign and sign and sign, well they have it down to a science to get you out of there fast as did Jason Moon did yesterday. They are the best dealership I have ever known. Oh yeah forgot about the fact that they had to find the vehicle with the options that were required for my wife as there were not any available anywhere close, and get it there within the timeframe that we had to have it by because of our schedules. I will not go anywhere else even if I move out of state which of course I will never do. I hope this helps people out there that read these reviews in making decisions about where they should go to get their next vehicle. More
