Amazing Car Buying Experience I truly had a great car buying experience from first contact to finish. Jeff and Dean were fantastic in corresponding with me and answering my questio I truly had a great car buying experience from first contact to finish. Jeff and Dean were fantastic in corresponding with me and answering my questions via email and text. We came to an agreement on price and I was promised no “surprises” or the typical stressful car buying experience. I visited the dealership to look over the car and do the paperwork and they delivered on their promise. It was easy, low stress, and everyone I came in contact with was very nice. Matt showed me the vehicle and answered all questions I had. Brian in the parts department checked on me while I was waiting for finance and even made a fresh pot of coffee for me. Once I was in finance, I was treated with respect by the girl that helped me (unfortunately I can’t remember the name at the moment) and she mentioned available options, but there was no hard selling of things I didn’t want. i put down a cc deposit and then returned Friday to complete payment and pick up the car. Upon arrival the car was clean and ready for me to take delivery. Thank you so much for the great experience. I feel that I got a great deal and an awesome new GTI. You better believe I’ll recommend them to my friends and family. They will be my first contact in 3-5 years once I’m ready for another VW. More

Don't waste your time! I purchased a 2014 BMW X3 a couple of months ago with no problem, i purchased the extended warranty with the finance person recommendation that includ I purchased a 2014 BMW X3 a couple of months ago with no problem, i purchased the extended warranty with the finance person recommendation that included a tire warranty. My car has a nail so i took it in to realize they dint activate my tire warranty. I went back to them they said they will submit. Gave them a week took my car back for the tire and warranty still not submit. I call and leave message, i get told its taken care of nobody calls me back. I am paying for a loner car for a warranty that should have been take care of. Its been two weeks and i call today and the finance manager is gone until Monday. I bought my car 3 months ago and paying for a warranty i can use and a loner car for something that is not my fault. Ooo and I do not have my plate and the DMV said i should i told them about that as well and guess what that was never taken care of. Once you buy they car there is no one to help you. Michelle was the finance person that sold me the car that did not process my paperwork correctly and Joe is supposed to be the finance manager. More

Anthony performed a visual inspection of the car and tires, honored my appointment time, made sure that the technicians began working as soon as possible, and directed me to my scheduled service advisor Alex Wong. Alex provided useful tire information (tire condition, tire rotation, tire pressure, material and mileage difference between a spare and regular tire), made sure that my windshield wiper fluid was refilled and my car washed/vacuumed. Anthony came up to me multiple times to provide updates on every step of the process until completion. Brian, Alex, and Anthony listened to and addressed my concerns and questions. The short waiting time was accompanied by coffee, water, and donuts. I would highly recommend to everyone Brian, Alex, and Anthony for car service needs. More
