Two specific instances stood out in my encounter with him. The first was that he faked a heart attack when he heard the price I wanted to purchase the vehicle for. I am sure he thought it was funny, but it was not funny to me nor do I think it was professional behavior. The second instance occurred after he and I could not agree on a purchase price. As I was headed out the door and already in my car about to leave the dealership, another employee (Primo Garcia if I recall) came over to my car and asked me what happened. I told him that Matt was not able to offer me the price I wanted. Primo went back into the dealership and talked to his boss (I believe it was Shawn Lawler) to see if he could do better than what Matt was able to do on the price. Primo went back and forth between me and Shawn at least a half dozen times before finally agreeing to my offer price. That half a dozen times ordeal did not sit well with me. Once we had agreed upon a price, Matt came out of hiding and congratulated me on my purchase. So in essence I was pawned off, then Matt pretends as if nothing had happened, while Shawn did not even give a courteous "hi" or "congratulations on your new purchase," as he did not acknowledge my presence whatsoever. This is not the type of car purchasing experience I wish to have again. Avoid McKenna Porsche. You have been warned. More
Very professional. Listened to my questions with prompt answers. I am a repeat buyer. Other dealerships would not give me the time of day as a woman buyer, McKenna did. Was interested in trading in a Porsche boxster on a new Audi A4 3.0 Quattro. Was transferred to no less than 5 different people before finally getting an appraisal on my car. The appraisal was $3,000 le Audi A4 3.0 Quattro. Was transferred to no less than 5 different people before finally getting an appraisal on my car. The appraisal was $3,000 less than what 2 other competing dealerships offered me for my car. I waited 25 minutes in the boiling sun while the appraiser was inside working his "magic". I am a Porsche enthusiast, and can say that the individual who evaluated my car was not familiar with Porsches. I will not go back to this establishment, as I felt it was not up to Porsche standards whatsoever. More

I've been to several Porsche showrooms in Southern California to be greeted with emptiness and intimidation. However, the experience was very different when I walked through the doors at McKenna Porsche. Tim Churchill was the fine gentleman who greeted me and offered me assistance. I told him I was interested in a Boxster in yellow because it has been my dream to own a yellow sports car and patiently worked with me while he located one for me. His knowledge of the automobiles that he represents is impressive. This is in great contrast to the many other "car salesman" out there who just wants to screw you, take your money, has no product knowledge about anything they sell, and straight-out lie to your face to sell you anything in-stock. After weeks of finding my yellow sports car, Tim had notified me that "the one" has arrived. My heart pounded fast because I was excited that the moment has finally come that I would drive a Porsche. I went in, the car was clean and spotless, and the paperwork went without drama. Thank you, Tim Churchill, for helping me acquire my 1st Porsche. You have given me a moment that I will never forget. Mr. Danny McKenna, you have a great asset in your company. Please don't lose it! -YW More
