Every person i dealt with (sales, finance, etc...) was responsive, professional and friendly. There were no "games' just a very straight forwad transaction.

We found a vehicle that we liked that was advertised by McKenna Porsche. From the very beginning, our sale representative Jakob was very helpful and a straight shooter. We also spoke with Stephen, the sales manager, who was equally helpful. You can tell he is hands on at the dealership, as he was able to assist us in the following days, while Jakob was out. Once we got the car home, we noticed a flaw with the front windshield. Without any pushback, they were able to sent a loaner to our house with a flatbed tow truck, pick up our car, repair the issue, and use the same method to deliver our vehicle and pick up their loaner. This is a service that I have never experienced, not at Mercedes, BMW, or any other dealership. Overall, we have nothing but positive comments and praise for this leadership. They are small, but mighty in the type of service that they provide! Thank you!
